POSSIBLE APPLICATIONS?

Revtech designs industrial custom-made heat treatment units with continuous and perfectly plug flow. The flow rates vary from 100 kg/h to 8 tons/h.
Our innovative turnkey solutions are unique and patented, they can be used for several applications simply by adapting the operating parameters of the machine:

  • Pasteurization / Steam sterilization: between 5 log and 7 log reduction of salmonella and pathogens. The technology is FDA approved and can be validated by an independent laboratory.
  • Stabilization: enzymatic inhibition in order to increase the shelf life of the product.
  • Drying
  • Heat treatment: modification of the functional properties of the flours.
  • Toasting / Roasting:  wide range of product tastes and colours.
  • Puffing grains
