Every Revtech system is custom-made to meet your specific needs and product requirements, making each Revtech line truly unique. We offer the flexibility to adjust multiple parameters, ensuring our solutions are perfectly aligned with your goals.
Product
Our system can handle a wide range of sizes, densities, and moisture levels—from fine powders to larger particles.
Temperature
The temperature is very precisely adjusted within a 1 °C range.
The tower can be divided into different independent heating zones, allowing you to set up various temperatures.
Flowrate
Different flow rates can be achieved by selecting the right spiral diameter. Any flow rate between 100kg/h and 6MT/h can be processed.
Residence time
The residence time is precisely controlled and adjusted with the motor settings. The system ensures perfect plug flow, with every particle spending an equal amount of time in contact with heat.
Controlled Atmosphere
The atmosphere is the tube is precisely controlled. An opening on each side of the tower allows the addition of steam, hot air, N₂, CO₂ and other gases in direct contact with the product. The leftover is extracted on the opposite side.
