And to give you a taste of the session focus… Heat treatment can be applied to various types of cereal grains (barley, oats, wheat, and rice), pseudocereal grains (amaranth, buckwheat, chia, quinoa), pulses (peas, beans) and oilseeds (mustard, sunflower, hemp). We’ll go through the different applications from Revtech innovative heat treatment technology including pasteurization, stabilization and roasting.
